Just tap the "Get my price" button above or download our app. Rose, our bot, will ask a few questions and voilà, you'll have your quote. It's quick, straightforward, and entirely obligation-free. You can buy your cover immediately or think it over – your call. We won’t phone you for more details or paperwork – everything is managed on the app.

Is the online quote final or do I still need to speak to someone?

The price Rose gives you is the final word – no calls, no fuss. If the quote fits, you're just a few taps away from being covered, starting whenever suits you best. Need help or have questions? What kind of insurance does Naked offer?

How do you keep my information private?

How do I take my selfie/preinspection?

Easy-peasy. Open the Naked app, find the item that needs a selfie, and follow Rose's lead. She'll walk you through each step. No need to visit a preinspection centre – you can do it all from your phone.

How are you going to save me money?

We're all about using technology for your benefit. By harnessing the power of AI and cutting-edge tech, we cut out the expensive, manual processes used by traditional insurers. Our bots, Rose and Jade, handle everything from quotes to claims, making our processes super efficient. This efficiency translates into lower premiums for you, without skimping on cover.

What can I manage through the Naked app?

Just about everything: adjust your cover, submit claims and get updates, tweak details, and even call for roadside assistance. It's your insurance command centre, right in your pocket.

How do I pay my premiums?

Once you're happy with your quote, just punch in your card details. We'll take care of everything from there, ensuring you're covered right from the get-go or on your preferred start date. Here's how it works:

  • If you're kicking things off straight away, our system calculates the pro-rata premium for the remaining days of the month. So, you're only paying for the coverage you use.
  • Want to start your policy at a later date? No worries. We'll ping your card to make sure everything's in order. When the start date you picked rolls around, that's when we'll begin regular premium collections – and keep it rolling monthly, hassle-free, for as long as you're with us at Naked.

How do I get my confirmation of cover?

Directly from the Naked app. Click on your car or home, scroll down and click on the 'Confirmation of Cover' button. And Rose will guide you from there.

How do I change details on my policy?

Just hop onto the Naked app and instantly make changes to your policy. Do things like

  • Update or change your card details
  • Push a premium collection, if you have fallen behind in payments;
  • Change your overnight address;
  • Change your regular driver/what you use your car for;
  • Increase or decrease your excess;
  • Change your coverage amount;
  • Add/remove car hire;
  • Add car extras;
  • Add shortfall cover;
  • Add individual items;
  • Change your damage to others limit;
  • Change your cover type;
  • Pause/resume your accident cover and more.

How do I change my overnight address?

Just hop onto the app, click on the item you'd like to change the address of, click on 'Details tab on the right', scroll to the bottom and update your address!

What happens to my insurance if I miss a payment?

We'll try to collect the payment again, at regular intervals. You can also initiate the payment in the app once you're ready, just go to “Your Payments” under your profile. Just a heads-up, you’ve got a 28-day grace period before your policy will be cancelled..

How is Naked different from other insurers?

How do I cancel my insurance?

You can cancel your cover right on the app no questions asked. Just open the app, find your cover, scroll down, and tap "Cancel my cover." Cancellation is instant. Plus, if there's any refund coming your way, we'll take care of that immediately.
