How do I get an insurance quote with Naked?
Just tap the “Get my price” button above or download our app. Rose, our bot, will ask you a few simple questions and give you a final quote. No paperwork, no fuss. You can buy your cover immediately or take time to think it over. Need help? Our team’s always here if you want to chat.
Is the online quote final or do I still need to speak to someone?

What kind of insurance does Naked offer?
We currently offer insurance for your car, home, and contents. We also provide standalone insurance for your prized valuables like phones, laptops, sports equipment, cameras and more.

How do I take my selfie/preinspection?
Easy. Open the Naked app, find the item that needs a selfie, and follow Rose's lead. She'll walk you through each step. No need to visit a preinspection centre — you can do it all from your phone.
How are you going to save me money?
By using AI and automation, we avoid the expensive overheads and manual work that traditional insurers rely on. That means our premiums are often lower, without compromising on cover. It’s the same comprehensive protection, just delivered more efficiently.
What can I manage through the Naked app?
Just about everything: adjust your cover, submit claims and get updates, tweak details, and even call for roadside assistance. You can also download your Confirmation of Cover directly from the app. It’s your insurance command centre, right in your pocket.
How do I pay my premiums?
Once you're happy with your quote, just add your card details. We'll take care of everything from there and make sure you're covered from the start date you choose. If you're starting right away, we’ll calculate a pro-rata premium for the rest of the month so you only pay for the cover you use. If you choose a future start date, we’ll ping your card to check everything’s in order, then begin monthly premium collections from that date. It runs automatically from there.
How do I get my confirmation of cover?
Directly from the Naked app. Tap on your car, home, or single item scroll down and select the 'Confirmation of Cover' button. The app will guide you from there.
How do I change details on my policy?
You can make most changes instantly in the Naked app. You can change things like:
- Update or change your card details
- Change your debit collection date
- Push a collection if you missed a payment
- Change your overnight address
- Update your regular driver or how you use your car
- Adjust your excess
- Change your cover amount
- Add or remove car hire
- Add extras like sound systems, tow bars, or wheel accessories
- Add shortfall cover
- Add individual items
- Update your damage to others limit
- Change your cover type
- Pause or resume accident cover

How do I change my overnight address?
Just hop onto the app, click on your car, go to the ‘Details’ tab, scroll down and update your address!
What happens to my insurance if I miss a payment?
We’ll try again automatically at regular intervals. You can also initiate the payment yourself in the app under “Your Payments.” You have 30 days before your cover is cancelled. If you're struggling, contact us and we’ll help where we can.
How is Naked different from other insurers?
We're not just a tech company; we've got heart. Naked takes a flat fee to run the business. The rest of your premium goes toward paying claims and related costs. If there’s money left over at the end of the year, it goes to causes you care about. We call this the Naked Difference.
How do I cancel my insurance?
You can cancel your cover in the app — no questions asked. Just open your policy, scroll down, and tap "Cancel my cover." It’s instant. If you’re due a refund, we’ll process it right away.
