How do I claim?
Open the Naked app, tap the ⚠️, and select “Make a claim.” Jade, our claims bot, will guide you step by step, from uploading photos to sharing details. Some claims are even approved instantly, but our team will keep you updated throughout. For emergencies, call us on 0860 995 125.
Can I be sure that Naked will pay my claims?
Absolutely. Naked is a fully authorised Financial Services Provider, backed by Hollard Specialist Insurance Limited and a solid network of international reinsurers. This setup ensures we've got the means to cover your claims, even in the face of major events like hailstorms or wildfires.
How will my claim be paid?
It depends on what the claim is for. We might:
- Pay out cash
- Replace the item
- Cover repairs directly
We’ll choose the best option based on your situation, and always keep you in the loop.
What do I need to submit when I claim?
The more information you provide upfront, the faster we can process your claim. If you’ve already done a preinspection selfie, that helps a lot. For higher-value claims, we’ll ask for proof of purchase to confirm ownership.
If you’re claiming for a cellphone, you’ll also need to send us proof of blacklisting from your network provider, which includes an ITC number.
Does Naked have any additional excesses?
Nope. We keep things simple. The excess you chose when you bought cover is the only amount you’ll pay — no hidden or surprise fees.
