Report Fraud

Introduction

At Naked, we have zero tolerance for fraud or dishonesty. We believe in doing the right thing and expect the same from our customers, directors, employees and suppliers. If something doesn't feel right please report it directly to us.

What to report

We want to hear about anything that seems suspicious, dishonest or unethical, whether it involves a claim, supplier, colleague, or anyone connected to Naked. For example:

Claims and policies:

Faking or exaggerating an incident, using altered or fake documents, leaving out important facts to get a cheaper premium, or claiming for old damage, items never owned, or more than they’re worth.

Suppliers and partners:

Charging for work not done, taking or offering bribes, fixing quotes, using cheaper parts but billing for premium ones, or misusing customer data.

Staff and directors:

Not declaring personal interests, using company money or assets for personal use, falsifying records or expenses, using inside information for gain, or pressuring others to change reports or audits.

Safety concerns:

Behaviour by anyone linked to our services that makes people feel unsafe or degraded. This includes harassment, sexual exploitation or abuse (including gender-based), child safety issues, or signs of forced or pressured work.

How to report

You can report your concern here or email tipoffs@naked.insure.

What to include (if you can)

Share what happened in your own words: who was involved, when and where it happened, and how you found out.

If you can, include any supporting details like emails, screenshots, photos, claim or policy numbers.

You can also mention witness names (if you’re comfortable) and tell us about any risk of harm or ongoing impact. You can still report even if you don’t have everything.

We treat every report in confidence and share details only on a need-to-know basis.

Thanks for raising your concern. It helps us keep Naked fair and transparent.
